Each session includes casual introductions, a guided discussion topic, peer support, resource sharing, and open conversation. You are welcome to share, listen, ask questions, or simply be present.
This group is designed so you can join at any time. You do not need to attend previous sessions or complete a curriculum to participate.

Peer support connects individuals living with limb loss with someone who has personal experience navigating a similar journey.
As a trained Peer Visitor through the Amputee Coalition, Shelby offers virtual peer conversations designed to provide encouragement, perspective, and connection.
Peer visits are supportive conversations—not medical consultations or therapy—and are grounded in shared lived experience.
