Event Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver

Thank you for registering for our event.
The safety of our participants, attendees, volunteers, and community is important to us. Please carefully review the following terms, conditions, and liability waiver prior to participating in this event.



By registering for or attending this event, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

  • Participation in this event includes inherent risks including, but not limited to:

    • Vehicle-related incidents

    • Slips, trips, and falls

    • Weather-related hazards

    • Injury or property damage

    • Crowds and public event activities

    Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

  • Participants release and hold harmless:

    • Event organizers

    • The hosting nonprofit organization

    • Sponsors

    • Volunteers

    • Venue owners/operators

    • Board members and affiliates

    from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the event.

  • Participants bringing vehicles certify that:

    • Their vehicle is properly insured

    • They maintain responsibility for operation and security of the vehicle

    • They will comply with all event safety rules and instructions

  • Vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and in-kind donors participating in the event acknowledge and agree that all Event Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver provisions apply to their participation.

    Participants are responsible for:

    • Their booth, display, merchandise, equipment, and personal property

    • Safe setup and operation of their space

    • Compliance with all event rules, venue requirements, and applicable laws

    Sponsors, vendors, and exhibitors understand that sponsorships, booth fees, and donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise approved by event organizers.

    By participating in the event, vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors grant permission for the use of business names, logos, photographs, and promotional materials in event marketing and media coverage.

    Event organizers reserve the right to refuse or remove participation at their discretion for safety, conduct, or policy violations.

  • By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs and video may be captured during event activities and may be used for:

    • Social media

    • Marketing

    • Fundraising

    • Website content

    • Promotional materials

    without compensation or additional approval.

  • Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant or attendee for:

    • Unsafe behavior

    • Illegal activity

    • Harassment

    • Intoxication

    • Failure to follow event rules or staff direction

  • Parents or legal guardians accepting these terms on behalf of minors acknowledge responsibility for the minor participant and consent to these terms.

  • By registering for this event, checking the acknowledgment box on the registration form, and/or attending the event, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver.
