This November, Together in Motion is challenging individuals, businesses, schools, healthcare teams, community organizations, and friends to spend 30 days being intentional about movement.

Just moving in the way that works for you.
30 Days in Motion is a month long challenge to move intentionally, in whatever way works for you.
Join a team, track your movement throughout November, and take part in simple weekly challenges designed to get people moving, learning, and thinking differently about mobility.

Move intentionally throughout the month of November and track it for your team. Engage with social media and text challenges, Walk. roll, lift, stretch, golf, adjust your desk monitor and chair to optimize ergonomics, do yard work, go to the gym - if you’re moving on purpose, it counts. The goal isn’t to be the most athletic. It is to be more intentional about movement.

Register with a workplace, school, organization, friend group, or community team. We’ll provide the tracking details, weekly challenges, and updates. Teams will be recognized throughout the month, including a prize for the team with the most motion!

Nope. Participation is free and fundraising is optional. Teams that want to can raise funds for Together in Motion’s Next Step Fund. There will be recognition/group prize for the top fundraising team. Together in Motion is grateful for any level of monetary donations you can gather, however, you can participate fully without raising a dollar.

The name is 30 Days in Motion, but this is not a 30 day fitness streak or an all-or-nothing challenge. Rest is important too.
We want participants to become more intentional about movement throughout the month in whatever way makes sense for their body and circumstances.

Teams can represent a workplace, school, sports team, healthcare organization, nonprofit, community group, family, group of friends, or just about any other crew that wants to move together.

There is no required team size.
There is a. max limit of 8 per team though.

Register your team now so we know you’re participating. You can continue recruiting and organizing your participants before the campaign begins.

Participants will receive simple instructions for tracking intentional movement throughout the campaign.
Because different bodies move in different ways, the challenge is designed to recognize participation without requiring everyone to perform the same activities.

A little friendly competition never hurt.
Teams will have opportunities to earn recognition throughout the campaign, including for movement participation and fundraising.
But the larger goal isn’t to prove who is the most athletic. It’s to get communities moving while celebrating the. many different ways people experience movement and mobility.
